Cannot speak highly enough about the guys at the service center. I look forward to taking my vehicle in and spending money which is huge if you think about it. My whole family goes here now for their oil changes and apparently my uncle even bowls with one of the guys lol. Try the coffee machine they have inside. It makes everything you could ever want (espresso based drinks like a coffee house)

I didn’t know about the rewards program offered when purchasing a new car, until a friend of mine told me. Which saddens me because all of my services are done at the dealership and nobody working there informed me. The sales woman I talked to said it had a 170 Multipoint Inspection then she just disappered.
Then the used car manager Tom Nanni said it only had a " Stop and go Inspection"
Big differance. thats why they couldnt produce a inspection check off document.

I had a nail in my tire and called Nick Craig for a quick repair—so glad I did! Nick is always super friendly and got me in right away. They removed the nail, patched the tire, and had me back on the road in no time. The service was fast and professional. I had my two young daughters with me and he did everything in his power to get us in and out. Definitely my go-to spot for any car issues. Highly recommend working with Nick!

Sam Shepherd was extremely polite, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and also have excellent communication and customer service skills. I was provided excellent service from the time I drove in until the time I drove out. I could go on and on but I would run out of room. I needed 2 headlights. My car bumper have to be removed in order to get to the headlights (Chevy Malibu). The price wasn't to bad at all. Shout out to the mechanics.❤️

All I'm going to say is that if Nick is your front desk service provider, just know he will go the extra mile for the costumer. Leased a 2025 silverado and it practically almost shut down as I was driving so I knew it was an electric issue. This also means I would be out of a vehicle for sometime. He was able to provide me with a vehicle even though their were no loaners available. Very pleased with the service I received. Great team.

It is an 88 mile round trip to do business with Genesis Chevrolet but worth every mile. This is my 2nd vehicle from Genesis, I hope to return for another and recommend Genesis to all my friends. The treatment is fair and honest, and I trust that any issues will be handled fairly. Genesis honors my Employee Discount without any stipulations. I check with other dealerships before purchasing or leasing a vehicle and Genesis always is a better deal.

Came in for an oil change on Friday. The receptionist or person who checks you in and out told be that my car was fine I had no issues and just needed new brake pads in the future. This was witnessed by the cashier and I was on the phone with someone. I get in my car to leave and it darts out of the parking lot. Never had that issue before. My salesman was Dennis, he was amazing. Gave me so many options of different vechiles and asked my opinions on each one. There was zero pressure. My finance person was June and she was very professional and very informative and knowledgeable on the lease options. Definitely will be a return customer for my next purchase.
My salesperson was able to answer all of my questions and was nice enough to deliver the vehicle to my house. I got my car at a pretty good price, too, compared to other places. I highly recommend Genesis Chevrolet if you’re looking for a Chevy vehicle.
Overall, the experience was OK. Salesman did the best he could due to management short Cummings. Three hours to complete a lease agreement on a new vehicle seems to be a bit excessive. Hopefully the dealership and management can streamline this process to make customers happy.
