Comfortable wait

I was in and at no time at all. Before I could finish breakfast which was just a few doors down, they were calling me to let me know that my vehicle was finished. A job well done, keep up the good work. Plus I was greeted before I could get out my vehicle and that's what I call A1 service.

After I had explained my concerns due to the fact that I have a lineman that came off the truck and spoke to my service provider Cole and also the owner of the dealership which they were on board they helped press the issue trouble GM and help to get the new vehicle moving as quickly as possible even though there were hang ups out of our control. There definitely saw my concerns and addressed them, as well understood where I was coming from and was trying to bring it to GM’a attention

Everything was on point like Tony the mothersuckin Tiger GRRRRR-REAT!!🐅 Only thing when you've coverages on different parts on your car or truck & whatever the problem maybe the coverage doesn't cover it so I take my truck to a good mechanic save a whole lot of money (,CHEVY OWNS THE MOTHASUCKIN STREET'S WE'RE THE BEST!

I recently purchased my new vehicle with Genesis and I’m very impressed. The overall customer service experience was truly pleasant all around . The manager Steve was very caring and helpful. The star of the show was Paul Alexander , can you guys believe Paul came to get me in a snow storm to complete my purchase ! He moved pretty fast and worked with me. Paul is very kind and efficient and honest guy . Tina the finance manager was friendly , making sure I understood what I was signing and making sure I was comfortable with my purchase . I also left with complimentary wine ! I definitely would recommend the Genesis Chevy dealership to anyone looking to purchase.

Derrick was a god send! I told him what I could afford monthly and he hooked me up with an suv in my price range with super low miles. He did everything he could to get me the best deals and make the entire process easy and stress free. He gave me a tour, gave me donuts, walked to the store and bought me a beverage. Could not have been a better experience. And at the end of it all, they gave me a bottle of wine with my car purchase💜 perfect way to celebrate.

Very professional and friendly. Informed me of what was wronged with my vehicle and provided me the price. The waiting area was nice and clean with a big screen TV. They offered bottled water and other refreshments. Overall it was a good experience.

Difficult to diagnose issue with the Transmission Control Module was fixed by Genesis. Other establishments could not properly diagnose. The work was done quickly and after a day of driving the problem appears to be fixed. Sam in customer service was excellent. I will be bringing the car back for rountine maintanance at his suggestion. Shuttle service was offered but I was able to get by without it. But it is good to know that it was available.

Excellent customer services, easy to schedule the appointment, trusted technicians and very comfortable waiting area with free coffee and restroom. Rebate program is also excellent. Thank you for your services and our family like Genesis Chevrolet.
